Nestled in gardens and terraces overlooking the picturesque harbor, one will discover Redbird Provisions Restaurant. Redbird's cuisine is focused on blending fresh artisanal island products bought at the local farmer's market with items from international suppliers. The menu is eclectic and sophisticated. We are offering cooking classes run by guest chefs and individualized shopping trips to the Farmer’s Markets throughout the season.
